Dogs are groomed by appointment only .This is done to minimize the surplus
time that dogs are in the salon.
A normal full groom can take anything between 2 and 4 hours. On Saturdays your dog
may have to be in the salon for an entire morning or afternoon.
We recommend that you leave your dog with us to be groomed and collect them when they are ready.
A collection time will be arranged when you drop off your dog. Your dog will always have access
to fresh water when waiting in a cage and if your dog is staying for a few hours or more then
they will be exercised outside at some point during this time.
If you wish to stay with your dog whilst it is being groomed then you are welcome to.
There is a viewing gallery upstairs where you can look down over the salon and watch
your dog being groomed. However, if you wish to stay we do ask that you stay in either
the reception or up in the viewing gallery for health and safety reasons.
If you wish to come and have a look around then you are very welcome, but please phone
in advance if possible so that we can arrange a mutually convenient time.
Anyone bringing their dog to be groomed is welcome to look round the entire salon and
ask any questions when dropping their dog off for its groom.
